Update Individual Invoice Returns

The Business Edge has a feature that will allow you to automatically update your Individual Invoice returns (also known as an RMA) without the need to go through the entire batch update process. The Update Individual Invoice Return is a system flag and is located in:

Utilities 
System Administrator System
System Set Up
Miscellaneous Setup
Enter & Edit Entity Flags
Accounts Receivable Flags (Page 4 of 4)

When product is returned on an RMA, the product isn’t available for allocation until the invoice is updated. Without this flag being set to Yes, a user would be required to update an entire invoice batch in order to complete the transaction and have the incoming product be available to sell. This flag being set to yes, will update any RMA or negative invoices directly after creation. This allows for license plates to be printed upon return and the inventory to be readily available. This feature can also be used if you would like your Customer credit to appear on their account immediately after creation of the Invoice.
