Customer Last Activity Report
The report can be run for one or all customers as well as salespeople. In this example we chose to run the report for all customers and chose to see last sales older than 180 days. We also said No to Show Customers Never Sold to.
Below we have last sales for all customers and salespeople that are older than 180 days. While in this screen you can also mark a customer inactive as seen on the right.
The optional information fields are seen below.
In the example below we chose to see sales for all customers for one specific salesperson that have a last sale date older than 365 days.
