This report can be useful in helping to find monthly trends over an extended period of time and to see where particular products are being used.

This report can be run for any range of products. The product(s) can be selected by Product Code, Product Description, Alternate or Classification.

In the following example we chose to sequence by Product Code and selected a range of products.

After selecting the range of products, the next step is to select a date range. The Ending Date field will default to the last day of the current month, and can be changed. You will then indicate how many months you would like included. The maximum number of months you can include is 99 (8.25 years). The Branch field determines if the report will include all branches or a single branch. For this example, we are looking at usage for all branches during a 4-month time period. Since the ending date is 2/28/19 the other 3 months to be included will be the previous 3, November, December and January.

Below you can see the usage for each transaction type within the selected range. This inquiry offers a usage column for each individual month that was selected as well as a total usage column. This means that based on the number of months you include, you may have more columns to view in the inquiry.

In addition to the usage figures, there are many other fields that can be chosen.

Below we selected a range of products sequenced by Product Code with ending date of 12-31-18, choosing to see history for the last two months for all branches.

Shown below are Sales, Receipts, Adjustments and PPO’s broken down by month. We have also included the totals for the time frame selected. The remaining data reflects as of the date the report was run with the exception of the on-hand values which reflect current values
