Reactivated Customer Inquiry

All-too-often the focus is on growing sales exclusively by acquiring new customers and while new customer acquisition is incredibly important, so is customer retention. If you are in sales, your primary concern is bringing in new customers, but if you aren’t trying to re-engage inactive customers, you may be missing out on a huge source of untapped revenue. The Business Edge has a report that will show you dormant customers that have re-engaged within a select time frame allowing you to focus on those customers. This report is the Reactivated Customer Inquiry located in:

The Inquiry will allow you to select a beginning and ending invoice date for you to view invoices created in the time period for customers that were previously considered dormant but have re-activated within the time frame. The minimum dormant time field allows you to select in days the amount of time you would like to view/consider customers dormant for

The Reactivated Customer Inquiry automatically displays on your screen with an option to export it to excel or email it. The report shows each customer within the time frame selected as minimum dormant time and the invoice number and date of the invoice created within the date range selected.

The optional columns for the report are below:

Once these customers are identified you can optionally fill in the Consider New as of date in the Customer Master file. Those Customers would then show up in the New Customer Sales Inquiry located in the menu below:
