Create Invoice after Allocating
The Business Edge has a user flag that will allow you to automatically move from an Order allocation to the Invoice more seamlessly. The Create Invoice after Allocating user flag will help automate the Invoice creation process in order to streamline the allocation to invoice process on a user-by-user basis.
The user flag is located at the toolbar under Edit/Order Entry Flags. The user flag is Create Invoice after Allocating?
When the user flag above is set to YES, The Business will allow the user to skip the step of pressing the F12/Create Invoice button on the final screen of Allocation and move directly to the Invoice.
Press OK on the final screen of the Allocation and the user will automatically be taken to the create Invoice as shown below.
If the user does not want to create the invoice at this time, they can click on Cancel and the order will remain as an allocated order.
