Release Notes May 2022 through June 2023

Order & Quote Entry System

1. New Option-In Order Inquiry, Detail Lines there is now an option for tracking information. The tracking information button is located on the right hand side of the Detail Lines screen in Order Inquiry

2. New Columns added to Report-The Open Orders Past Due & Over Credit Limit Report now has optional columns for Avg Days to Pay, # Pmts and # Lines. The Open Orders Past Due & Over Credit Limit Report is located in Order & Quote Entry System, Order Entry File Maintenance, Open Orders Over Credit Limit & Past Due

3. New Columns added to Inquiry-The User Inventory Activity Inquiry now has optional columns for Number of Orders, PPOs, and Transfers Released to Wireless Warehouse. The User Inventory Activity Inquiry is located in Order & Quote Entry System, Order Reports, Allocated Reports, User Inventory Activity Inquiry

4. New Feature-The Documents to be Picked report will now consider Orders that have the shipping option of “Consider Complete” as past due or due today and will automatically default to print the picking ticket. The Documents to be Picked report is located in Order & Quote Entry System, Output Options, Print Orders and Packing Lists

5. New Feature-Direct Shipment feature now available. Direct Shipments will streamline purchasing and billing your customers for inventory that is shipped directly to them. When the invoice is received from the Vendor, you will receive the Po, post the vendor invoice to Accounts Payable and Bill the customer in one step.

Purchase Order System

1. New Option-In Enter & Edit Purchase Orders when the vendor sales order field is populated on the heading screen the system will automatically ask you to confirm whether the PO is confirmed via a pop up message. If you press enter on the pop up you will be taken to the detail lines.

2. New Option-After creation of one or few Processing Purchase Orders in the ARS system, the system will now show those PPOs created in the most recently selected list.

3. New Secured Flag-The Lots Missing Certificates and Inspections now has the ability to override certificate requirements. This is so the lot does not show up in this report anymore, and product inquiry no longer shows that it is missing the certificate. The Lots Missing Certificates and Inspections report is located in Purchase Order System, Purchase Order Reports, PO Receipts Journals, Lots Missing Certificates & Inspections. The certificate requirement can also be overridden in the PO Inquiry screen under F5 Detail Lines, drill into the line, F8 Certificate Requirements, F3 Override and F4 UnOverride. There are also added columns and an alert in the grid in F8=Certificate Requirements to show that the cert was overridden. This flag is a secured flag.

4. New Fields Added to Report- The Select Documents for Products report now has optional columns for Branch on hand, Branch Available to Promise, Total on Hand and Total Available to Promise. The Select Documents for Products report is located in Purchase Order System, Vendor Request For Quote System, Automatic Replenishment System, Select Documents for Products

Inventory System

1. New Inquiry-Manual Inventory Adjustments Inquiry- There is now an inquiry that will show Manual Adjustments in an inquiry screen. The Manual Inventory Adjustments Inquiry is located in the Inventory System, Inventory Reports, Adjustment Reports, Manual Inventory Adjustments Inquiry.

2. New Optional Grid-There is now an optional information grid for Product Classification related Vendors in Product Inquiry. The optional grid will show Vendor, Phone Number and Vendor Website. When you set up Vendors in your Product Classification the system will automatically pull them when you enter a line on an RFQ.

3. New columns added to Report- There are now columns for last sale date and last sale customer in the list inventory by location report. The List Inventory by Location report is located in Inventory System, Inventory Reports, Inventory Lists, Lists by Locations, List Inventory by Location

Accounts Receivable System

1. New Inquiry-Inside Salesperson Customer Inquiry-There is now an inquiry that will show a list of Customers related to an Inside Salesperson. The Inquiry is located in Accounts Receivable System, A/R File Maintenance, Salesperson Maintenance System, Inside Salespersons List on the right hand side under List Customers

2. New Optional Fields added to Report- The invoice in process report now has optional columns for Customer Group Code, Group Name, Pricing Level, Department, Class, Classification, Class Group, Class Group Desc, Supplier Number, D&B Rating, Legacy Code, Customer Type, Lead Category And Website. The Invoice In process register is located in Accounts Receivable System, A/R Invoice Routines, Invoices in Process Registers, Invoices in Process Register

3. New Fields added to Report-The Open Orders Over Credit Limit & Past Due report now has the following columns: Customer Code, Salesperson Code, Salesperson Name, Credit Limit, Over credit limit amount, Past Due Amount, Max Days Past Due, Reason for past due. The Open Orders Over Credit Limit & Past Due report is located in Order & Quote Entry System, Order Entry File Maintenance, Open Orders Over Credit Limit & Past Due

4. New Report- There is now a report for Open Order Direct Shipments. The Open Order Direct Shipment Inquiry can be run by branch and will show Orders that are set as direct shipments. The Open Order Direct Shipment Inquiry is located in Order & Quote Entry System, Order Reports, Open Order Reports, Open Order Direct Shipment Inquiry

5. New Fields and Filter added to Report-The Customer Credit Report now has an optional Branch Filter in the report parameters and a column for Customer default Branch. The Customer Credit Report is located in Accounts Receivable System, Accounts Receivable Reports, Customer Status Reports, Customer Credit Report

6. New Option added to Report-The Customer Scorecard Report now has buttons for Set to Calculated, Set to Late and Set as On Time in the Late Items section. The Customer Scorecard Report is located in Accounts Receivable System, Accounts Receivable Reports, Customer Status Reports, Customer Scorecard Report

7. New Fields added to Report-The Contract Over Estimated Usage Report now has fields for Available, Comment, Inactive Comment, Unit Price, Per, Last PO Cost, Last PO Date, Date Last Sold, # Days ago and UOM. The Contract Over Estimate Usage Report is located in Accounts Receivable System, A/R File Maintenance, Customer Contract System, Contract Over Estimated Usage Report

8. New Fields added to Inquiry-The Customer Bin Grid now has a column for Product Available. The Customer Bin Grid is located in Customer Inquiry, Parts & Bins Sales Analysis System 1. New Option added to Report- The Branch Filter option has been added to the following reports: Customer Sales by Month Customer Sales by Year Customer Product Sales by Month These reports are located in Sales Analysis System, Customer Sales Analysis, Customer Sales Summary Inquiries

Accounts Payable System

1. New Optional Fields added to Report-The List Vendor Contact report now has Business Type as an available field. The List Vendor Contact Report is located in Accounts Payable System, Accounts Payable Reports, Vendor Lists & Labels, Vendor Entry Inquiries, List Vendor Contacts

2. New Option-The invoices prepared for payment report now has an option to drill into any of the invoices on the list to show the invoice details in an inquiry screen. The invoices prepared for payment report is located in Accounts Payable System, Check Routines & Reconciliation, Process Checks by Date, Invoices Prepared for Payment Report

Utilities

1. New Option-There is now a new security level for Inside Sales and Customer Service. The security levels are located in Utilities, System Administrator System, Security System, Edit Security Levels.

2. New Option-There is a new user security permissions that will allow you to limit the ability to send a range of Customer Statements. This flag is located on page five of the user permissions menu in Utilities, System Administrator System, Security System, Enter & Edit User Security.

3. New Option-There is a new security permission that will allow users to Enter & Edit Customer Addresses. This will enable you to allow your staff to edit addresses but not the full customer record when Enter & Edit Customers is set to No. This new permission is located on page five of the user permissions menu in Utilities, System Administrator System, Security System, Enter & Edit User Security

4. New Option-There is new security permission that will limit the number of detail lines that can be exported to excel. The Limited option for the Allowed to Export Grids? The system default limit is 50. The security permission is located on page 4 of 8 in user permissions in Utilities, System Administrator System, Security System, Edit User Permissions
