Order and Quote Entry System
New Fields added to report- Enter & Edit Delivery Logs now has a branch filter and three additional columns for Customer Name, Phone Number and Payment Terms. The Enter & Edit Delivery Logs is located in Order & Quote Entry System, Expediting, Shipping & Delivery, Order Delivery System, Enter & Edit Delivery Log
Change to input-Users can now enter ASAP in the Days early on an Order and Purchase Order heading screens. Previously, leaving the field blank indicated it was ASAP.
New Feature – The Wireless Warehouse will now integrate with ShipEngine
New Feature- There are now buttons for Include All and Do Not Include All in the Enter & Edit Shipment screen. Enter & Edit Shipment is located in Order & Quote Entry System, Expediting, Shipping & Delivery, Shipping System, Enter & Edit Shipment
Purchase Order System
New Option – Enter & Edit RFQ’s now has a button to Add a Vendor to All lines on an existing RFQ. This feature is located on the right hand side under Options when viewing all of the detail lines in an RFQ
New Option – Enter & Edit Purchase Orders, you can now right click to delete a line when highlighted in the Detail lines.
New fields available – The ARS Detail Lines now has fields for Reorder Point, Max Qty to Stock, Stocking Objective and Max Stocking Objective
New Feature – Estimated Freight Cost on PPOs that will be added to the laid in cost and amount accrued to the vendor. This is an Entity/Branch Flag and mimics the estimated freight cost in PO receiving.
New Feature-There is now an Inquiry for RFQs. The RFQ Inquiry is located at the top menu bar under Inquiries
Accounts Receivable System
New Feature-The Customer Invoice Detail History Report now has a new north field optional information with total sales, total cost, total profit and total gross profit for the period selected. The Customer Invoice Detail History Report is located in Accounts Receivable System, Accounts Receivable Reports, Sales Journals, Customer Invoice History, Customer Invoice Detail History
New fields in Inquiry – The customer invoice grid in Customer Inquiry will now include Net Amount, Tax Amount and Freight Amount
New Field added to grid-Enter and Edit Customers now has an optional field set for Default Contacts (saves you from having the hit an f key to make changes).
New Feature-The Detail Customer List now has two new filters. Customer Types: All Types, Customers, Prospects, or Leads and Customer Status: All, Active, or Inactive. If you have permission to edit customers, drilling in will bring you to E&E Customers instead of Customer Inquiry.
New Field added- The Customer Contact now has a field for Purchasing Contact ID, the internal reference to the Contact record. This value can be used to create unique QR Codes on marketing material.
New Inquiry-There is now an Inquiry for Customer Notes located in the CRM Actions Inquiry section under Inquiries.
New Fields added to Report-The Invoices in Process register now has columns for Alternate Code, Alternate Description, Extra Non Stock Description. The Invoice in Process Register is located in Accounts Receivable System, A/R Invoice Routines, Invoices in Process Registers, Invoices in Process Register
Inventory
New field in Inquiry – Product Entry Inquiry will now include Inspection Required.
New field in Inquiry – The Product Usage Inquiry will now include values for Quantity Received on a PPO. The Product Usage inquiry is located in Inventory Reports, Usage Reports.
New Feature – Change History has been added to Allocation Rules used for Wireless Warehouse.
New Field added to grid – List Inventory by Location will now have expiration date as an optional column. This report is located in Inventory Reports, Inventory Lists, Lists by Location.
Screen improvement – Physical Inventory Entry will now show the entire product code
New Feature-The Salesperson now has an internal note field available. The internal note will pop up on any customer assigned to that salesperson. Enter & Edit Salespeople is located in Accounts Receivable System, Accounts Receivable File Maintenance, Salesperson Maintenance, Enter & Edit Salespersons
Accounts Payable System
New Feature-The Vendor Invoice report will now allow you to drill into individual invoices for further information. This feature can be used in conjunction with the document connection to view images as well. The Vendor Invoice report is located in Accounts Payable System, Accounts Payable Reports, Vendor Invoice Reports, Vendor Invoice Report
New Feature – Process Checks by Date, Invoices Prepared for Payment now has drill in capability.
Utilities
New Feature-There is now a user permission for the ability to change Customer Payment terms. This affects everywhere the customer payment term is selected and entered. There are three options: All Access: acts like before security existed, everything is available everywhere. Limited to No Open Terms: Users can only select the customer's default payment and terms set as Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash, or Check. Not Allowed to Change: Users cannot change a document or customer default terms and cannot Enter & Edit payment terms. The User Permission for Customer Payment Terms is located in Utilities, System Administrator System, Security System, Edit User Permissions on Page 5 under the Accounts Receivable Restrictions
New System Flag-There is now a system flag that will force users to create a password for The Business Edge that fits the following requirements: Must Be at Least 16 Characters
Must Contain an Uppercase Letter
Must Contain a LowerCase Letter
Must Contain a Number
Must Contain at Least One of These ~!@#$%^*()-+
The Enforce Strong Password Guidelines flag is located in: Utilities, System Administrator System, System Set Up, Miscellaneous Setup, Enter & Edit System Flags, Enter & Edit System Flags 2
New Feature-There is now an option to copy a single cell’s data in an optional information grid. The copy single cell option is available by right clicking on the cell and selecting copy cell data.
API
New fields – Added Default Outputs for statement and invoice to the customer and invoice APIs.
New fields – Added ACH Default Output to the Vendor API.
New feature – Changed /masterfiles/productV3 to accept just a “range” object without being in “ChooseOne”.
4. New Fields – OrderNotes have been added to Invoice by Date API so that the API contains the notes for the related order.
New Fields – Product API now includes 3,6 and 9,24,36 and 48 month “rolling usage” data. Originally it only had 12 months.
New API - /reports/products/trackingnotfound – This API mimics the Cannot Find Product Tracking Report.
Wireless Warehouse
Flags moved to be branch specific: Print Packing List Orders, Print Packing List VMI Orders,Print Packing List Work Orders,Print PPO Packing List, Print Transfer Packing List
