Is there a way to change the email address of a traveler profile? 

At this point it is not possible to change the email address of a traveler profile. This is due to the fact that the email address is the central means of identification in our system. Changing it would induce a security risk, so making it immutable improves your account's security. 

What can I do if a traveler changes their name or has to use a new email address?

In case of a name change or changes to the email address for other reasons, it is recommended to deactivate the old traveler profile and create a new one with the new email address. The traveler will then receive a regular invitation and can log in to MyComtravo with their new account. 

Old bookings that have been made with the old traveler profile cannot be transferred to the new one.
