Make Changes to a Student's Dismissal Plan
STEP 1- To make dismissal changes, tap Plan next to the student's name.
STEP 2- Tap on the day you want to change the dismissal plan for.
STEP 3- Tap to confirm the date selected.
STEP 4- Choose from the available buses, groups, or activities.
In this example, we will be initiating a carpool.
If your child is going to be carpooling with another family, you must send the request to the family that will be driving.
STEP 5- Select the family the student will be carpooling with, and it will appear on the Dismissal Plan screen.
STEP 6- Select if it will be for one day or repeating days.
STEP 7- Tap to initiate the Carpool or add the Bus/Group dismissal.
View a Student's Dismissal Plan
STEP 1- To view student dismissal plans, tap Plan next to their name.
STEP 2- Tap to view a student's weekly or monthly dismissal plan.
STEP 3- Days with dismissal plan changes will show a small dot.
STEP 4- Tap Remove to cancel the change.
