Make sure that you down load ConciergePad mobile app and you have registered and have an account.
STEP 1
Login using your ConciergePad username and password like shown below:

Once the user logs in he or she should be able to see the school in their profile like shown below:
STEP 3
Click on the school and you should see a Carpool Settings option and a list of your students as well like illustrated below:
STEP 4
Click on the Carpool Settings button and make sure that the family name and all other information is correct. If you want to share your family information with other families click on the Settings icon:
STEP 5
If you want families to see your Family Name to participate in carpool please switch ON the Allow Other Families to Find You and then click on the Save button:
IMPORTANT - You must click on the Save button to activate this option
