Adding the "Needs Approval" option to a room in Hall Pass

Edit or add the "Needs Approval" from a staff member feature in Hall Pass.

STEP 1- Select the folder you need to edit.

STEP 2- Click the (+) to see the room individually.

STEP 3- Toggle on the "Needs Approval" button, select the staff member who needs to approve the pass, and then click "Add to Room".

STEP 4- The staff member will be added to the "Teachers in Room" list. Click "Update Room".

STEP 5- Now when you go to create the pass for the room, you will see "*Requires Approval*" on the pass before creating it.

STEP 6- The pass will go in to your queue and say "Waiting for Approval"

STEP 7- The staff member who needs to approve will receive an alert that they have a pending pass and it will show up on their dashboard where they can select "Approve" to start the pass.
