Managing group and bus schedules

Add and edit the students and schedules for dismissal groups.

On your dashboard, click on QUICK LINKS and select "Manage Groups", click Go.

VIEWING AND MANAGING GROUPS

STEP 1- Click on "Manage Groups".

STEP 2- Select the type of group you want to edit in the dropdown, click "Search".

STEP 3- Click on the MANAGE tab of the group you want to view/edit.

STEP 4- This pulls up a list of the students in the group, you can edit what days they need to be included. Click UPDATE to save any student changes.

STEP 6- To add a student to this group, click on "Look Up Student" to open the search bar where you can add students manually. Select the days that the student will be taking that bus, and click ADD STUDENTS.

CREATING A NEW GROUP

STEP 1- To create a new group, go back to the Manage Groups page and select "Add New Group".

STEP 8- Fill out the group's information, and then click SAVE.

EDITING A STUDENT'S GROUP SCHEDULE

STEP 1- Go back to the Manage Groups page and select "Search Student".

STEP 2- You can search the student by last name, School ID, or Hanger ID. Once you have selected the right student, click SEARCH.

STEP 3- Select PROFILE for the student.

STEP 4- Here you will see the all of the school groups and edit accordingly. Please note that these changes update automatically in real time.
