How to update your directory list

Editing staff contact information or removing users from your Directory List

STEP 1- Sign in to ConciergePad with your credentials at

STEP 2- Locate Quick Links on your Dashboard and select "Directory List" on the dropdown.

STEP 3- Here you can edit the name, mobile number, and email address of the contacts. Make sure to click "Update" next to each contact when you are done.

Please note: These names will show up for visitors to select when checking-in at the front desk, it is helpful to make sure they're listed in a way that visitors are most likely to search for them so check-ins are quick and easy.
