Important: Please make sure that you are ready to connect to Bluetooth by double checking that Bluetooth is turned on in the settings of the iPad itself and that the Bluetooth signal is displaying on the printer.

Double check the printer paper roll to make sure that it does not need to be

changed and is facing the right way.

STEP 1- On the ConciergePad home screen, click on the Settings gear in the bottom right corner.

STEP 2- Enter the passcode, Adm123

Please note: If you enter this code incorrectly, nothing will change on the screen. Please try again, making sure to only capitalize the letter A.

STEP 3- Verify that your Label Printer Settings are selected correctly. It should be set to QL-820nwb if that is your Brother Label Printer and DK-2205 as your label roll size. Then tap on "Select Bluetooth Device".

STEP 4- Select your printer from this screen, if it does not appear tap on "Pairing".

STEP 5- Select QL-820nwb to connect to the Brother Printer.
