Troubleshooting Bluetooth connection to the printer

Troubleshooting the Bluetooth connection on the iPad when the printer is not responding.

Important: Please make sure that you are ready to connect to Bluetooth by double checking that Bluetooth is turned on in the settings of the iPad itself and that the Bluetooth signal is displaying on the printer.

Tip: Double check the printer paper roll to make sure that it does not need to be

changed and is facing the right way.

Guided Walkthrough:

STEP 1- Tap the Settings Gear.

STEP 2- Enter the passcode and tap Ok.

STEP 3- Under Device Settings, make sure that the correct printer is selected.

For most schools, this will be QL-820NWB.

STEP 4- Verify that Bluetooth is selected.

STEP 5- Make sure the right Label Roll is selected.

For most schools, this will be DK-2205.

STEP 6- Tap to access the Printer Setup Wizard and run a test print.

Print Slips: Turn on to print check-in badges automatically.

Badge Prompt: Turn on to ask before printing instead.
