This article explains how front office staff can manually flag a visitor as suspicious from the ConciergePad Admin Dashboard. When a visitor is flagged, immediate notifications are sent to designated emergency contacts so the situation can be reviewed and addressed in real time.

Use this workflow when a visitor's behavior raises concern during or after check-in.

STEP 1- Locate the check-in record for the visitor on the ConciergePad Admin Dashboard or in the Visitor's tab. Click the red Suspicious button to send out an alert.

STEP 2- Everyone on the Emergency List will receive a notification through text and email that a visitor has been flagged.

This notification will include the visitor's name, their check in photo, and which staff member or location issued the alert.

Please Note: A notification is sent out every time the "Suspicious" button is clicked, this is not an indication that the visitor failed the check-in screening. It is intended to quickly flag concerning behavior and alert designated contacts so the situation can be addressed promptly.
