Add ConciergePad
Hover over the Apps tab and select All Applications, then click + ADD.
Roster Server has a variety of apps available. Search for ConciergePad in the NAME or COMPANY NAME fields. When you find it, click + Add.
Set Up Permissions
You can select from three permission types: Rule-Based, Full, and Legacy Custom.
Rule-Based, ClassLink's recommended permission type, lets you choose permissions based on roster data.
Full sends all student and staff data to the application.
Legacy Custom builds dependencies from orgs and courses.
⚠️ Legacy custom permissions are not recommended. ClassLink recommends the use of either rule-based or full permissions for new app setups.
Share Data
Once you've added the Roster Server app and set up its permissions, you’ll need to enable it for us to access your data. Be sure to also email support@getconciergepad.com to let us know you're ready to start sharing data through the Roster Server. You can share the data either via CSV files or through the REST API.
CSV files are sent to the vendor using the OneRoster® format. The setup steps are outlined in the Export Data With SFTP article.
With REST API, the vendors fetch the data directly from your server.
You can enable the app via the toggle on either the App Overview or the All Applications page.
