What is Conii?

Conii is your school's front-desk kiosk. It's an iPad mounted near your main entrance that greets visitors, signs them in, prints their badge, and notifies the right people β€” all without anyone having to stand behind a desk.

Think of Conii like a friendly helper that:

  • πŸ‘€ Sees visitors as they walk up (using the iPad's front camera)

  • 😊 Recognizes returning visitors so they don't have to type their info again

  • πŸͺͺ Reads driver's licenses with a quick scan

  • πŸ–¨οΈ Prints visitor badges automatically with the Brother bluetooth printer

  • πŸ”” Sends notifications to staff when visitors arrive

  • πŸ’€ Goes to sleep when no one is around to save power

Why Conii is special

Most visitor systems make people fill out long forms. Conii is different. We built it to feel fast, friendly, and a little bit magical β€” like a Tesla showroom instead of a doctor's office waiting room.

You'll see what we mean when you watch a visitor check in for the first time:

  • The screen has big animated agent eyes that follow visitors as they walk up

  • The kiosk starts the check-in by itself when it sees a face β€” no "tap to begin"

  • Forms auto-advance when you stop typing for two seconds β€” no "next" button needed

  • Returning visitors are greeted by name within a second of stepping in front of the camera
