The agent eye colors

Conii's most distinctive feature is the big animated agent eyes in the middle of the screen. You can pick the eye color from five themes, all named after Utah landscapes (because we love this state):

Color

Inspired by

🟒 ConciergePad

Our brand green β€” the default

πŸ”΅ Mountain

Wasatch blue β€” like the Wasatch mountains in winter

πŸ”΄ Canyon

Red rock β€” like Moab and Zion

🩡 Sky

Utah sky β€” that big blue sky on a clear day

🟠 Sunset

Desert gold β€” like a St. George sunset

How to change the agent color

  1. From the Conii screen, tap the small color dot at the top of the screen (it's near the agent eyes)

  2. A picker appears with the five color options

  3. Tap the one you want

  4. The eyes change color immediately

The setting sticks β€” it'll be the same color the next time you open Conii.

πŸ’‘ For schools with multiple kiosks: You can pick a different color per iPad. Some schools color-code by entrance ("Mountain blue at the front door, Canyon red at the side door") so staff know which kiosk a notification came from at a glance.

Dark mode

Dark mode swaps the background from white to a deep navy. It's easier on the eyes in dim lobbies and uses a tiny bit less battery on iPads with OLED screens.

To turn dark mode on/off:

  1. Tap the moon icon at the top of the Conii screen

  2. The screen switches between light and dark instantly

Like the colors, this setting persists.

Display name on the kiosk

You can change the school name that displays at the top of the kiosk:

  1. Settings (bottom of Conii screen) β†’ enter passcode Adm123

  2. Scroll to the School section

  3. Type a custom Display Name (like "Welcome to Pinewood Elementary")

  4. Tap Done

The Display Name shows above the agent eyes. If you leave it blank, Conii will use your school's official name from the database.
