How to open Settings
From the Conii screen, tap Settings at the bottom
Enter the admin passcode: Adm123
The passcode protects settings from being changed by visitors or curious students. Memorize it.
Settings explained, top to bottom
Kiosk Mode
Setting | What it does | Default |
Conii Kiosk Enabled | Master switch for Conii. Off = the iPad goes back to the regular ConciergePad screens | ON |
Wall Mount (front camera) | Use the iPad's front camera (for wall-mounted setups). Turn off only if you want to use the back camera | ON |

Face Recognition
Setting | What it does | Default |
Face Recognition | Master switch for recognizing returning visitors | ON |
Confidence Threshold | How sure Conii needs to be before greeting someone by name (75-85% is the sweet spot) | 80% |
π‘ Confidence threshold tips: Lower = more people recognized but more false matches. Higher = fewer false matches but more people who have to retype their name. 80% is the sweet spot for most schools. If you're getting "wrong name" greetings, raise it to 85. If returning visitors aren't being recognized, lower it to 75.

Number of denied visitors (face doesn't match anyone in the database)
Sign Out
Logs out of ConciergePad and exits Conii mode. You'll need to sign back in to use the app again.
