Login into ConciergePad website: https://www.conciergepadedu.com/login

Locate Settings in navigation bar like shown below.

Locate the Integrations section and choose Blackbaud. Then sign in to your Blackbaud account using your Blackbaud username and password. Once you authenticate successfully the token will be refreshed on the ConciergePad side.
