How to Reprint a Visitor Badge in Conii

Sometimes a badge gets damaged, lost, or misprinted. Conii lets staff reissue a badge in seconds — no passcode required, no need to re-check-in the visitor.

IMPORTANT - Feature available on version 4.9.49 or above. Please make sure you have updated the app to the current version.

Step 1 - Tap the Reprint icon

On the Conii kiosk home screen, look at the icon row along the bottom of the screen. Tap the icon that looks like a stack of visitor cards like shown below.

Tip: The reprint icon sits right next to the printer icon. They look similar, so look closely; the reprint icon shows a stack of cards, the printer icon shows a single printer.

Step 2 - Find the visitor

A list of today's visitors appears, most recent first.

- Searching by name?

Tap the search bar at the top and start typing the visitor's first or last name.

- Need an older check-in?

Tap the calendar button to pick a different date.

Tap the visitor's row when you find them.

Step 3 - Confirm the badge looks right

A preview of the badge opens, showing the visitor's photo, name, and who they're visiting. Verify this is the correct person before printing — the photo on screen is exactly what will print on the label.

If it's the wrong person, tap the X in the top-right corner to go back to the list.

Step 4 - Choose the visitor type (optional)

Below the badge preview, you'll see a segmented selector with Visitor / Volunteer / Contractor / Parent. The original type is selected by default. Tap a different type only if you need to change it for the reprint.

Step 5 - Tap "Print Badge"

Tap the blue Print Badge button at the bottom of the screen.

You'll see "Printing…" while the label prints. When it's done, a green checkmark appears with a success message.

Step 6 - You're done

Hand the new badge to the visitor. The sheet will close automatically, or you can tap the X to dismiss it and return to the kiosk home screen.

Troubleshooting

- Nothing prints? Check that the Brother label printer is on, has labels loaded, and is paired via Bluetooth. Tap the printer icon on the bottom bar to verify connection status.

- Visitor not in the list? Make sure you've selected the right date with the calendar button. Reprint only shows visitors who have already checked in.

- Wrong photo on the badge? This is the photo captured at the original check-in. The visitor will need to check in

fresh to update it.
