This connects your AXIS License Plate Verifier camera to ConciergePad so registered vehicles announce students automatically at dismissal. It uses the camera's built-in JSON "Push events".
STEP 1 - Open the License Plate Verifier app
1. Log in to the camera's web page.
2. In the left menu, click "Apps."
3. Find "AXIS License Plate Verifier" in the list and click "Open."
Newer cameras: if you don't see "AXIS License Plate Verifier" in the Apps list, it
isn't installed yet. Click "Add app" (or "Find more apps"), install "AXIS License Plate
Verifier," make sure its License shows "valid," then click "Open."
STEP 2 - Set the recognition region to North America (important)
The camera ships from the factory set to read EUROPEAN plates. If this is not
changed, every US plate gets labeled with a European country (Malta, Germany, etc.), the state field is wrong, and plate reads are less accurate.
1. Inside the License Plate Verifier app, click "Settings."
2. Under the "Image" section, find "Region" and set it to:

STEP 3 - Set up Push events (the integration parameters)
Inside the License Plate Verifier app open "Push events," select Profile 1, and set it
exactly as follows:

Note: the Server URL above already includes this school's private access key (the
"?key=..." part). That key is what authorizes the camera; keep it private and paste
the whole URL exactly as shown.
STEP 4 - Test the connection
1. On the same Push events screen, click the "Test" button (next to "Test integration").
2. A success response means the camera is reaching ConciergePad and you're connected.
3. To confirm end-to-end, have a car with a registered plate drive past the camera during the pickup window; the student should appear on the dismissal board.
Good to know
• Only "New" events are used. The camera re-reports the same car as "Update"/"Lost" while it stays in view; those are ignored on purpose so a student is announced once.
• A plate that isn't registered to a family is still recorded in the scan log (so you can confirm events are arriving) — it just won't announce a student.
• Registered plates run through the normal pickup-window and de-duplication rules, so students show up on the smartboard automatically.
