Guided Walkthrough:
STEP 1- Type Car Tag Designer in the search bar or select it from the dropdown.
STEP 2- Click Go.
STEP 3- Select the information you want printed on the tags.
STEP 4- Click and drag a field to move it.
STEP 5- You can also add lines and boxes to your layout.
STEP 6- Use the resize handles to adjust the size of any field.
STEP 7- Click the Page & Colors tab to customize the tag design backgrounds.
STEP 8- Select a tag background and border color.
Tip: You will be able to assign colors for grades, homerooms, ect in the "Color Rules".
STEP 9- Adjust the thickness slider to set the desired border width for your design.
STEP 10- Now, click the "Siblings share one tag" checkbox to enable shared tagging for student siblings.
STEP 11- Select your basic (single grade) background Color Rules for.
STEP 12- Select your page orientation.
STEP 13- Click the Templates tab to choose tag printing layout options.
STEP 14- Browse template layouts.
Tip: Click Save Design before previewing templates so that you can type Ctrl+Z to go back to your original.
STEP 15- Backpack Tags are available on this page.
STEP 16- Click Save Design + Generate PDF to export your results.
You can make changes to the layout/format at any time and regenerate.
