Configure Pattern Alerts for Student Behavior Monitoring

Learn how to set up automated pattern alerts in ConciergePad to monitor student behavior within a specific timeframe.

Guided Walkthrough:

STEP 1- Click on Tracking.

STEP 2- Click Demerit Master.

STEP 3- Click + New Alert.

STEP 4- Set up an alert to monitor all demerits together, or open the dropdown to select a specific one.

STEP 5- Set the frequency and time limit for the alert.

STEP 6- Enable the checkbox to message admin via email and text when triggered.

STEP 7- You can also add the emails of staff not on your admin list.

STEP 8- Enable the checkbox to message parents via email and text when triggered.

STEP 9- Add a parent message.

STEP 10- Click Save.

STEP 11- Click the expand arrow to view your active alerts.

STEP 12- You can pause, edit, or remove an alert at any time.

Use Pattern Alerts to catch bad days quickly, be notified instantly if a student receives a specific amount of demerits in a day before consequences are issued.
