To delete or reset a visitor photo in CONCIERGEpad you have to go to the visitors tab and search for visitor. Once you locate the visitor click on the "Detail" button to access the visitor's profile. See screenshot below:
Once you are in the profile you can click on the "Remove DL Number" button and that will clear the info for visitor in question. Please see screenshot below:
