How parents register for CONCIERGEpad · Mobile (Parent) app

A quick tutorial on how parents register for an account, add a school and add students using CONCIERGEpad · Mobile

CONCIERGEpad · Mobile app to your device

Go to the Apple App store or Google Play store and download CONCIERGEpad · Mobile app (please see screenshot below)


IMPORTANT: If your email address is in your child's emergency contact information- you are preregistered. This means you only have to follow steps 1-6. Your child will be visible to you once you create a log in (with the same email address) and sign in.

Creating an account on the ConciergePad Mobile App

STEP 1

Click on Sign Up Button

Step 2

Enter your personal details here

STEP 3

Continue entering parent details

STEP 4

Take your picture and click submit

STEP 5

Registration is complete and you can now log in by clicking the Go to Login button.

STEP 6

Your Email and Password are pre-filled. Click Sign In.

STEP 7

Click Add School.

STEP 8

Enter the business code provided by the school and click Add to Profile.

STEP 9

Select the school, click Back.

STEP 10

Your Child Should Be Listed. If not, Click the "+" button.

STEP 11

To manually add a student click the "+" button and enter the Business Code, Student ID, and the student's Date of Birth.

STEP 12

Go back to Profile and select school to see student has been added to your profile.


Please remember to have your email on file in the child's emergency contacts with the school so you do not have to complete steps 7-12.
