IMPORTANT:
You must register using the same email address listed for you in your child’s school records. This is how ConciergePad connects your account to your child. If you use a different email address, your child will not appear in the app.

STEP 1- Open the ConciergePad Mobile App and tap Sign Up.
STEP 2- Enter the same email address listed for you in your child’s school records. This is the email address your school uses to connect you to your child.
STEP 3- Enter the requested information and create your password. Tap Next to continue.
STEP 4- Tap Take Photo to add your profile photo.
STEP 5- Tap Create Account.
STEP 6- Return to the login screen and enter the email address and password you registered with. Then, tap Sign In.
STEP 7- Tap to enter the connected school.
STEP 8- Your students should appear automatically once you enter the connected school.
If your child's profile didn't appear when you signed in, it usually means the email you registered with isn't the one on file in their emergency contacts at school or there was a typo in the email entered at registration.
Remember: You must register with the email address on file with the school.
The fastest fix is to delete your account, confirm the correct email with the school office, and register again with the correct email.
