Go to the Apple App store or Google Play store and download CONCIERGEpad · Mobile app (please see screenshot below)
IMPORTANT: The most important thing before you start: sign up using the same email address you gave the school for your child's emergency contacts. That's how the app knows which student to connect to your account. Using a different email means your child won't appear.

STEP 1- Tap Sign Up.
STEP 2- Start by entering the email address used on your child's Emergency Contacts with the school.
STEP 3- Finish filling out your personal details, then tap Next.
STEP 4- Tap Take Photo.
STEP 5- Tap Create Account.
STEP 7- Tap Sign In.
STEP 8- Tap to enter the connected school.
STEP 9- Your students are automatically attached to your account.
If your child's profile didn't appear when you signed in, it usually means the email you registered with isn't the one on file in their emergency contacts at school.
The fastest fix is to delete your account, confirm the correct email with the school office, and register again with that email.
