** IMPORTANT **
Please make sure you are on the latest version of the app. If there is an update for the app please apply it.
2) Locate the "Lost Password" button on the button of the form or screen like shown in the picture below:
3) You will then be taken to a "Reset Password" screen where you will have to put in your registered email. The system will check to make sure email is valid and exists in the system like show below:
4) Once you enter in valid username/email, click on the "Reset Password" button to receive "Update Password Link" to your email inbox.
5) Go to your email and locate the email from CONCIERGEpad (or donotreply@getconciergepad.com). Inside the email will be a link to the reset password link where you will be able to type in a new password for your account like show below.
6) When you click on the "Update Password" button you will receive a successful confirmation and you will receive another email stating that your account was successfully updated.
7) Please try to log in to https://campus.conciergepadedu.com/#/Login with your username and updated password.
