STEP 1
Open up the app and locate the Lost Password link like shown below:

Put in your username, which should be your email. Then click on the Reset Password button. If the email is a valid user email in the system it will allow you to continue.
STEP 3
Go to your email and locate the email from ConciergePad (or donotreply@getconciergepad.com). Inside the email will be a link to the reset password link where you will be able to type in a new password for your account like show below.
STEP 4
When you click on the "Update Password" button you will receive a successful confirmation and you will receive another email stating that your account was successfully updated.
