1) Log into https://www.conciergepadedu.com/login and sign in with your username and password.

2) Once you log in please click on the "REPORTS" menu to navigate to the reports section of the system.

3) Select "Delta Temp Report" from the drop down like show below:

4) Once you select this report, please notice that a "Select Carline Run" drop down appears on the screen like shown below. Please select the day you would like to run the report for and the carline run that you would like to view. If you are not sure of a carline run just leave the default selection.

5) Once you click on the "Seach" button the student listing should appear and a "Download" button will also appear on the screen to export the data.
