How does Employee submit disease exposure questionnaire and temperature reading from ConciergePad Admin app

A quick tutorial demonstrating how staff submits disease exposure questionnaire and temperature reading.

1) Staff has to download ConciergePad Admin app from either App Store or Google Play (it is the one with yellow background and black lightening bolt)

2) Then using ConciergePad username and password they have to log into the app like show below.

3) Once they log into the app, user must go to Employee Tab at the bottom right to locate the correct section of the app. Then the employee must click on the temperature reading tab like show below.

If the Employee has No Fever then they do not have to input a temperature reading. If the Employee or User selects that they do have a fever then the system will make the temperature reading mandatory by providing the actual reading in in the input textbox.

4) For the staff member or user to answer and submit disease exposure questionnaire they must select the "Disease Exposure" tab and click on the "Read Questions" button. If the user has been exposed to the virus then they must select "Exposed Based on Questions(s)" selection like shown below.
