Guided Walkthrough:

STEP 1 - Navigate to https://sb.conciergepad.com

Log in using your ConciergePad username and password or Google SSO.

STEP 2 - Select your Homeroom using the dropdown and click on the Save Preferences button to set your homeroom or switch classroom view. Students that are ready to be sent home will appear under "Active Students".

IMPORTANT: Make sure that ONLY the room you are doing dismissal for is selected in the dropdown, selecting "ALL" will show the whole school instead of your classroom(s).

STEP 3- Students who are ready to be dismissed will appear on your board.

You can sort by first name, last name, and time by clicking on the columns.

STEP 4- Lane, Slot, and Method tell you where the student is going and how they're being picked up.

For example: Vince will be going to the Back of the School for a Parent Pickup in the Green Zone.

STEP 5- Ricky is almost ready to leave your classroom. He will be going to the Front of the School for a Car Pickup in the Blue Zone.

As he is walking out, click the DEPART button to mark him as departed from the classroom.

STEP 6- Continue to click the DEPART button as students leave.

What to do if you click Depart on the wrong student?

STEP 1- Click the Departed tab to view all students who have left your room.

STEP 2- Click the Undo icon to move them back to the active students list.

What to do if you have a new student in your classroom?

It is important to keep "No Homeroom Assigned" selected if you have a new student in your classroom.

This will display a student if they don't have a car tag number yet.

The student will appear in your classroom with Hangar ID #000 or show as "No Homeroom Assigned"
