* You should have received a log in and created a password for ConciergePad from your school’s administration.

Download the ConciergePad Admin app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Guided Walkthrough:

Step 1 - Log in with your Username (school email) and Password.

Step 2 - Select “Carline Pickup” or click “Carline” on the bottom middle of the app home screen.

STEP 3 - Select "Configuration" to set your location and pickup spots.

Step 4 - Select Run, Lane and Slot to indicate where you are and where the teacher will send the student.

Pick the method of transportation (dismissal type).

Select the lane and slot you are starting with (if there is only 1 lane and slot pick what is available).

Click Save Configuration to update between switches.

Step 5- Select the way you will be calling for students. You can use Hanger ID, Student Search, or Scan Barcodes (QR Codes)

For this demo we will use "Hanger ID".

STEP 6 - Enter the Hanger ID of the vehicles to send a request for the student(s) associated with that tag, to their teacher.

STEP 7 - When your request is successful, you will see a success popup and the tag number/name of students you called for last.

Continue entering in Hanger ID’s until the car line is complete.

Tap Car to change the pickup method in a dropdown.

Easily toggle between Method and Slot for the Zone you are in.

Tap Name to switch to search by name.

Start typing first or last name in the search bar and tap to select.

Turning on the Stepper will automatically advance through your slots.

For example, Slot 1, Slot 2, Slot 3.. up until your last Slot 9, and then back to 1.

STEP 1- To turn the Stepper on, first tap Settings.

STEP 2- Toggle to Carline Settings.

STEP 3- Toggle to turn the Stepper On/Off.

STEP 4- Tap Ok.
