Guided Walkthrough:
STEP 1- Go to https://www.conciergepadedu.com/login and sign in with your username and password.
STEP 2- Click the Settings tab on the left sidebar menu.
IMPORTANT- If you don't see the settings tab, please request access for the menu option by reaching out to support@getconciergepad.com
STEP 3- Click the Billing tab at the top of the screen.
STEP 4- Click Connect Bank (Instant).
STEP 5- Fill out your Stripe account information and open the dropdown to choose between Company or Individual option.
STEP 6- Click Connect Bank button to link your bank account.
STEP 7- If you are experiencing issues linking, tap the Having Trouble link to proceed to the ACH verification process.
ACH Verification Process
Part 1- Adding Bank Information
STEP 1- Fill out the "Bank Details" including the routing and account number. Then click on the Next button to finalize the ACH registration process. You will see a 2nd screen and click on the Finish button.
Part 2- Bank verification / Micro Deposits
Once you complete Part 1 there will be a 1 to 2 business days verification process that will take place. Our ACH provider will send 2 micro deposits with the description that includes AMTS followed by the two micro deposit amounts to your bank account or statement. You will have to enter in the 2 micro deposits in the steps below.
STEP 1- Go to https://www.conciergepadedu.com/login and sign in with your username and password
STEP 2- Click the Settings tab on the left sidebar menu.
STEP 3- Click the Billing tab at the top of the screen.
STEP 4- Click on the Verify ACH button to verify the 2 micro deposits.
STEP 5- Enter the amounts of the two microdeposits on each line and click the Verify ACH button to complete the verification process.
