This tutorial demonstrates how admin can print visitor or volunteer badges before an event. This feature has to be enabled so it is important to reach out to ConciergePad support (support@getconciergepad.com) to activate this functionality on your account.
Once the feature is activated you will have to log out of the ConciergePad iPad app and then re-login. To logout of the ConciergePad app you need to click on the back arrow icon to the bottom right of the screen like illustrated below.
Once you click on this arrow you will be prompted for a passcode. Please type in Adm123 to sign out of the ConciergePad main menu.
Printing Badges before an event
(1) When you re-enter the ConciergePad main menu screen you should see a group icon like show below.
(2) Once located click on the icon and you should now see a screen similar to the one below. Here you can print re-check-in badges or previous check-ins for the current day or any day that you select on the top of the screen.
