Reprint or Print Visitor Badges Ahead of Time Using Admin Check-In

A quick tutorial on how to print badges in advance or before an event

Before You Begin

Admin Check-In mode must be enabled on your account.

If this option is not available, contact ConciergePad Support at support@getconciergepad.com to have it enabled.

Once enabled, you must log out of the ConciergePad iPad app and log back in for the update to apply.

STEP 1- Sign Out of the ConciergePad App

1- Open the ConciergePad app on the iPad.

2- Tap the back arrow icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

3- When prompted, enter the admin passcode (Adm123) to sign out.

STEP 2- Sign Back In

1- Log back into the ConciergePad app.

2- After signing in, confirm that the group icon appears on the main menu

Printing Badges Before an Event

STEP 1- On the ConciergePad App main menu, go to the bottom left of the screen and click on the group icon show below.

STEP 2- Select the date you wish to view, it will load that date's visitors where you can reprint their badge or print in advance. You can also check out your visitors from this screen.

Tips

• Use advance printing for events, volunteer days, or large groups.

• Verify printer connectivity before printing multiple badges.

• If the group icon does not appear, confirm that you logged out and back in after the feature was enabled.
