To logout of the ConciergePad app you need to click on the back arrow icon to the bottom right of the screen like illustrated below.

Once you click on this arrow you will be prompted for a passcode. Please type in Adm123 to sign out of the ConciergePad main menu.

When logged out correctly you should see the username and password screen so you can sign in again.
