How to remove student transaction(s) or demerit(s) from profile

A brief tutorial on how to remove a student demerit from profile (i.e. staff or admin may need to remove demerit because of user error)

STEP 1- Go to https://www.conciergepadedu.com/login and sign in with your username and password

STEP 2-Once you are in the Dashboard, click on the Tracking menu as shown below.

STEP 3- Once you are on the Tracking screen, click on the search bar to look up the student by name or ID and then click on Search.

STEP 4- The student you are searching for will appear, click on "Profile" next to any of their entries.

STEP 5- Once you're in the student's profile, scroll down to locate the demerit that you would like to remove or delete. Click on the dropdown that says "Print" and select the REMOVE Demerit(s) as shown below.

Once you select this option, click on the Submit button to finalize the delete. The demerit will now be highlighted in yellow on the student's profile to show it was deleted by an Admin. It will also state the user who deleted the demerit in the comments.
