How to remove student transaction(s) or demerit(s) from profile

A brief tutorial on how to remove a student demerit from profile (i.e. staff or admin may need to remove demerit because of user error)

STEPS
(1) Go to https://www.conciergepadedu.com/login and sign in with your username and password

(2) Once you are in the Dashboard screen click on the Tracking menu like shown below.

(3) Once you are on the Tracking screen look up student by first or last name and click on Submit button. Then click on the Profile button to the left of the student to enter into Student Profile.

(4) Once your in the student's profile scroll down the page to see his or her transactions/demerits. Locate the demerit that you would like to remove or delete and select the REMOVE Demerit(s) from the dropdown as shown below. Once you select this option click on the Submit button to finalize the delete. You should then see a successful message box in green.
