How To Create A Mobile ID Card For Check-In and Dismissal

(1) Download the ConciergePad Mobile App

(2) Open the ConciergePad Mobile app and click “Sign Up”

(3) Your school will provide you with a 3-digit BUSINESS CODE to enter then tap “Next”
* PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ALLOW ACCESS TO YOUR CAMERA

(4) Enter in the required User Info then tap “Next”
​

(5) Tap “Take Picture” and click “Submit”

(6) You will be brought back to the Login screen and where your Username and Password will be auto filled. Click “Login”.

(7) Click “My ID”
​

(8) You will have the option “Check-in” as a visitor or perform an Early Release using the “Dismissal” toggle options.

(9) To use the QR Codes simply scan the codes by passing them over the ConciergePad iPad screen at your school.

(10) To retake your photograph for your ID scroll to the bottom of the My ID screen and click remove.
