STEP 1: Click the Gear Icon on the front of the ConciergePad App and enter Adm123
There will be a Enter Passcode prompt that will appear and you will have to enter in again the passcode: Adm123
STEP 2: Switch on (or off) Tardy Reason sand then tap Close in the upper left hand corner.
STEP 3: When you go into the Tardy functionality you should now notice a Tardy Reason dropdown like illustrated below.
