Storage and processing

Information collected through the Service is stored and processed in the United States. If you use our service outside of the United States, you consent to have your data transferred to the United States.

Keeping Information Safe

Access to information is limited to those employees who require it to perform their job. ConciergePad maintains administrative and technical procedures to protect information stored on our platforms. We encourage Customers to maintain strong passwords and credential management when interacting with our platforms.

Children’s Privacy

ConciergePad does not knowingly collect any information from children until a Customer (ex: School) has obtained appropriate consent for the child to use the Service. Because ConciergePad relies on our Customers to manage notification and consent of their user data, we rely on them to provide appropriate notice and management of consent.

Links to Other Websites

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. The Site or Services may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by ConciergePad. The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to third-party sites or services. Any links do not imply that ConciergePad endorses or has reviewed third party sites or services. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies.
