IMPORTANT - You must have a ConciergePad username and password to sign into this system. Usernames are your company email but please contact a school administrator if you are not sure of your username and password.

(1) Go to https://www.conciergepadedu.com/login and sign in with your username and password

(2) Go to Tracking section like illustrated below

(3) Search for student using Search textbox tool and then click on the student Profile button like show below

(4) Once the user is in the students profile, click on the + Create Action button like shown below

(5) Select the demerit or merit that you would like to customize in terms of points and select appropriate positive or negative points like illustrated below.

(6) Finally, click on the Create Action button to finalize transaction like show below.
