Step 1

On the bottom right of the main menu of ConciergePad, please locate a gear icon and click on it to open up a passcode window pane.

When you click on the gear icon you will notice a pop up window where you will be required to input a passcode. Put in the passcode: Adm123 like shown below.

Step 3

If the passcode is entered in correctly, you should see a settings page where you will be able to switch on or off an override for taking a new picture. Please switch on the Override Pic switch like shown below. Once you click on this option click on the Close button on the top left of the screen.

Step 4

Now the user will be forced to take a new (or fresh) picture when signing in or dismissing a student for the first time.
