IMPORTANT - User must have been already checked in or there has to be an open Check-in for the user (i.e. they have a check-in date and time but no checkout time available) for this functionality to work.
Also, please make sure you are on the latest version of the ConciergePad iPad app. To understand how to update the app please refer to this documentation.
(1) Click on the Checkout or Sign out button in the main menu to open the video camera for scanning as illustrated below.
(2) When video camera appears on the screen, place the QR code on Parent app onto the camera area like show below.
(3) If the checkout is successful, the user should see a message box that is similar to the one below.
