Step 1

On the bottom right of the main menu of ConciergePad, please locate a gear icon and click on it to open up a passcode window pane.

Step 2

When you click on the gear icon you will notice a pop up window where you will be required to input a passcode. Put in the passcode: Adm123 like shown below.

Step 3

Locate the Touch-Free switch and turn it on or off. If you turn it ON when you return to the main menu you will see a live video scanning window on the top left of the screen.
