All users must have a valid ConciergePad username and or password
STEP 1
Navigate to https://admin.conciergepadedu.com and sign in with your credentials or using Google SSO like shown below:

Click on the + CREATE PASS button on the top right like illustrated below

Look up student on the search text field
STEP 4
The next step is to select your current location. If your default location is turned on then this current location will automatically be saved for you.
STEP 5
The next step is to select where the student will be going.
STEP 6
The next step is to schedule the pass for current time or schedule a time in the future.
STEP 7
Finally, make sure all parameters are correct and you can provide additional notes if necessary. When ready to create pass, click on the CREATE PASS button like shown below.
STEP 8
Once the user clicks on the CREATE PASS button the system will check to see if there are any open passes for the student(s) and if no pass is open will create pass. The user should receive a successful message box like shown below.
*Please note that the student and the destination staff member should receive alerts that this pass was created.
