IMPORTANT - There are a lot of false positives so it is always impetrative that the school or business follow up on the visitor or individual that is trying to enter the facility.

NOTIFICATION METHODS

There are 3 alarms or notifications that the system will provide when a WARNING is activated in the system.

  1. iPad alert banner - If the visitor checks-in through the ConciergePad iPad app the employee, staff member or police officer will see a red alert banner at the bottom of the iPad indicating that a follow-situation is in effect. Please see illustration below

  2. Instant SMS and Email notifications - The system will provide instant and automatic notifications about scenario and will also provide details of that individual like mug shot, eye color, height, weight, etc. To check who is on the emergency notifications, please follow up with your ConciergePad account rep or send us an email to support@getconciergepad.com

  3. Alert on admin website - The ConciergePad admin website should be open at all times and there are several alerts or indicators when a warning occurs. Like shown in the picture below, the Visitors menu option shows how many warnings for a specific day, the WARNING label for the individual transactions and a Detail button to obtain more information for that person.
