WARNING workflow for visitor management

This article explains what the system will display when a visitor triggers a possible sex offender or denied entry Warning.

IMPORTANT- There can be false positives so it is always impetrative that the school or business follow up on the visitor or individual attempting to enter the facility.

NOTIFICATION METHODS

There are 3 alarms or notifications that the system will provide when a WARNING is activated in the system.

  1. iPad alert banner - If the visitor checks-in through the ConciergePad iPad app the employee, staff member, or officer will see a red alert banner at the bottom of the iPad indicating that a follow-up is required.

    Refer to the illustration below for an example.

  2. Instant SMS and Email notifications - ConciergePad provides instant notifications through text message and email to contacts on your Emergency List.

    To check who is on the list for emergency notifications, please contact your ConciergePad account rep or send us an email to support@getconciergepad.com

  3. Alert on admin website - The ConciergePad admin website should be open at all times and there are several alerts or indicators when a warning occurs. The Dashboard and Visitors menu option will show how many warnings for a specific day, the WARNING label for the individual transactions, and a Detail button to review information for that person.

    Click on Details to view and compare the visitor submitted information with the flagged report.

    A warning indicates a potential match, manual verifacation is suggested to confirm accuracy.
