How to access Counselor Stats | CONCIERGEpad Help Center

All users must have a valid ConciergePad username and or password.

You also must have ADMIN permission to access this data

STEP 1

Navigate to https://admin.conciergepadedu.com and sign in with your credentials or using Google SSO like shown below:

STEP 2

Click on the Reports menu option

STEP 3

Click on the Counselor Stats button like shown below

STEP 4

The user should see a screen similar to the one below. You can filter by range of dates and by SUM or DETAIL data.
