How to activate student check-in/checkout scanning ID

A simple guide to enabling scanning of student ID for student check-in and checkout

STEP 1:

Locate the Employee or Students button. Then long tap (hold for 3 seconds) to activate the passcode prompt like illustrated below. Type in the passcode: Adm123 to get to the next step.

STEP 2:

Make sure to switch ON the Scan switch to activate this feature. You can also change the label of the button by typing in whatever label you would like to display. After you change the switch on make sure to click on the Update button to save changes.

STEP 3:

The feature should now be activated when you click on the button. You should be able to see a menu item for checking in and checking out.
