The purpose of the Welcome Art screen is to provide a unique look to wherever the ConciergePad iPad is stationed. There are many things you can do with this screen from drawing your own unique art to displaying the weather.
STEP 1- Click on the gear icon on the bottom right of the screen and then type in the passcode: Adm123 when prompted.
STEP 2- Locate the Welcome Art and switch it to ON. The click on the Close button on the top left of the screen.
You should now be back on the Main Menu screen and a scribble icon should be shown on the bottom right like shown below.
Please note: The welcome art screen will appear automatically after 20 seconds of inactivity.
STEP 3- You can now click on the New Drawing or Edit buttons on the top right to turn the screen into an art canvas for you to draw or scribble whatever you'd like on the screen. When prompted for a passcode type in: Adm123
STEP 4- Draw whatever you'd like on the screen and also turn on or off the logo on the display. After the artwork has been completed please make sure to click on the Save button and re-enter in the passcode: Adm123 to save your drawing.
Tips for Using Welcome Art:
Add a short message for birthdays, testing days, or early release reminders.
Change the design seasonally for holidays, welcome-back messages, or end-of-year events.
Keep text large and simple so it's easy to read from a distance at the front desk or kiosk.
